(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to construct a mini stadium at village Thol, District Kurukshetra in view of sanction already granted by the competent authority and the village Panchayat has also performed its part of obligation by depositing a requisite amount/estimated amount for construction of stadium. The process started in the year 2009 when the Gram Panchayat represented before the government to construct a mini stadium at village Thol. Request of the Gram Panchayat was accepted by the government and the government made twin requisitions for compliance by the Gram Panchayat i.e. 4.5 JYOTI SHARMA 2022.03.29 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No. 6435 of 2022 -2acres of land and 5% of the estimated cost(s) of the stadium to be provided by the Gram Panchayat.
Grievance of the petitioner is that despite fulfilling all the obligations by the Gram Panchayat, needful has not been done at the State level and the government level, despite a representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2022, highlighting all the intra departmental proceedings undertaken on the issue in question.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.
