ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.26 dated 14.02.2019, registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot.

The operative part of the order dated 07.03.2019, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation in the FIR is that the complainant is running number of committees, in which members were making payment by way of monthly installment and the complainant was to receive 10th committee, but he was not paid the amount.

Notice of motion for 11.04.2019...."

CRM-M No.10384 of 2019 Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Sukhwinder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.03.2019 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
