The instant petition has been filed under Section 24 CPC seeking transfer of petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by respondent No.1 titled as Amandeep Vs. Tarandeep Singh and another (DMC/479/2023) from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Ferozepur to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the Presiding Officer has been transferred.
