Aggrieved by grant of bail to the respondents-accused by passing order in mechanical way, the petitioner-complainant has come up before this Court under Section 483(3) BNSS.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner as well as the State to ascertain whether the matter is worth issuing notice or not and an analysis of the same as well as the perusal of the order would lead to the outcome that although it is not a lengthy order, but it contains reasons in a precise manner and it cannot be called a cryptic order.

Petitioner's argument is that offence under Section 118(2) BNS was also added in the present FIR. However, addition of offence under Section 118(2) BNS won't change the nature of relief granted, because such relief was given after overall analysis of all the aspects and more particularly the fact that there had been matrimonial relationships between the parties. CRM-M-13870-2025 -2Hon'ble the Apex Court, relied upon by the petitioner, is not applicable to the facts of the present case, as the ratio of that judgment is that the order should not be cryptic, which is not the impugned order.

Thus, in the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, it is not a case worth issuing notice.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
