(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to transfer the case of petitioner from respondent No. 4 to any other competent officer of the same rank, i.e notice dated 05.02.2020 (P-4) issued by Market Committee, Hansi. On notice, a written statement filed on behalf of respondent No. 4 stating therein that respondent No. 4 has been transferred from Market Committee Hansi to Market Committee, Narnaul, vide transfer order dated 22.07.2020 (R-4/1).

Further, in compliance of order dated 20.09.2022 passed by this Court in the present case, order dated 30.09.2022 (A-2) has been placed on record whereby respondent No. 4 has been promoted and has been transferred to Fatehabad.
