  This appeal is directed against an interim order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Civil Writ Petition No. 4650 of 2024 wherein notice of motion was issued to the respondents but no interim relief was granted to the appellant-writ petitioner. 2.

By virtue of earlier orders passed by this Court, the appellant has now been given the appointment on the post of Dental Assistant at ECHS Polyclinic, Faridkot w.e.f. 10.05.2024 for 11 months. 3.

Keeping in view the fact that the appellant has been re-engaged, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous, since the relief sought was only to protect the interest of the appellant-writ petitioner during the pendency of the writ petition. It is left open to the appellant to file an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for any additional relief as and when required.

Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
