CRM-M-11903-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that the applicant/petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the main case itself with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions again. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CRM-M-11903-2024, itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions again.
