Mr. DK Jangra, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl. AG Haryana Mr. Amit Prashar, Advocate, for the complainant Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from her and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute though Mr. Amit Prashar, counsel for the complainant has strongly opposed it. Keeping in view of the stand of the Investigating Officer that nothing it to be recovered from the petitioner and she has joined the investigation, the petitioner being lady no worthwhile purpose would be served by her detention, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.5.

2014 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
