Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Reply on behalf of State has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that investigation shall be completed at the earliest. The fact that couple is living together shall be taken into consideration by the investigating officer before finalising the report. She further submits that cancellation report is likely to be filed before the competent court shortly.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.

Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives.
