Ritu Bahri, J.(Oral) The petitioner is present in the Court and states that she has effected a compromise with the respondent. She further states that as per compromise, the respondent-husband shall take his family back to the matrimonial house.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of accordingly.

In case the respondent does not accompany the petitioner along with children to Yamuna Nagar, then an application for recalling the said order can be moved.
