This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.463 dated 25.11.2024 under Sections 115, 126, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 (Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2) and 117(3) of the BNS, 2023 added lateron) registered at Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind. 2.

On 01.03.2025, the following order was passed:- "XX XX XX XX Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that it is a case of version and cross version; although the petitioner has been named in the FIR in question, however, there is no specific role attributed to him in the alleged crime. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has no previous criminal antecedents. Notice of motion.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and appear before the investigating agency as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. To be heard with CRM-M-4184-2025."

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Vazir Singh, at the very outset, informs the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, order dated 01.03.2025 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973). 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
