PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.15 dated 13.01.2015 registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is behind bars since 20.01.2015. Learned counsel further submits that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Sonepat.
