******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that parties are not approaching him and despite his best efforts he could not contact them. He has, however, received information that proceedings against petitioners have been dropped by learned Magistrate.

In view of submissions of learned counsel for petitioners, instant petitions have been rendered infructuous and the same are dismissed accordingly.

However, petitioners will be at liberty to get their petitions restored if need so arises.
