(Oral) Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that despite the orders passed by the Quasi Judicial Authorities under the Revenue Law, the Assistant Collector, 2nd Grade, has sanctioned a mutation in favour of the private respondents.

It is fairly submitted that in an appeal filed by the petitioners, the said order has been set-aside. Counsel for the respondents have submitted that even a civil litigation is pending between the parties and therefore, the matter is sub judice before the Civil Court as well. Accordingly, no willful disobedience is made out. Dismissed.
