**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner was appointed as clerk on daily wages on 13.12.1994 and his services were regularized on 30.10.2003. The petitioner was transferred vide order dated 06.12.2016 from Kalanaur to Loharu. Now vide impugned transfer order dated 28.02.2019/01.03.2019 (P-1), the petitioner has been transferred from Loharu to Sadhaura.

Learned counsel submits that the posts are lying vacant at District Bhiwani and the petitioner can be adjusted at nearby station and there is no administrative ground on which the petitioner has been transferred. The present transfer of the petitioner is 340 km away from the place where petitioner is now working.

Keeping in view the above fact, the present petition stands disposed of and order dated 28.02.2019/01.03.2019 (P-1) qua petitioner is set aside. A direction is given to respondent No. 2 to adjust the petitioner on a vacant post in District Bhiwani itself, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and till then petitioner shall continue to work at Loharu.
