(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of writ of Habeas Corpus for appointment of a warrant officer to raid the premises of respondents No.5-7 and to recover the detenue namely Prabhdeep Kaur who allegedly has been confined by respondents No.4-7.

Learned State counsel has brought to the notice of the Court that FIR No.407 dated 07.12.2022 under Section 346 IPC was registered against petitioner and his brother wherein Section 376 was added later on vide general diary No.42 dated 06.03.2023.
