**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 10.12.2022 (wrongly mentioned in the petition i.e. 10.11.2022) of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner has solemnised marriage with respondent No.5 and he has left her without any reason. The petitioner has moved a representation to the police to initiate appropriate action against respondent No.5 and his family members because they have cheated the petitioner. Notice of motion.
Mr. Amish Sharma, Asstt. A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1-State and submits that the jurisdictional authority would look into the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate steps to redress the grievance of the petitioner.
