CWP-6487-2020 Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the selection of respondent No.4 and to appoint the petitioner on the post of Senior Resident (Dentistry). At the outset, learned State counsel has apprised the Court that after consideration of the matter, the petitioner has been selected and given appointment for the post of Senior Resident (Dentistry) vide order dated 25.02.2021.
