Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Shamim in case FIR No.116 dated 23.2.2013 under Sections 420,467,468,471,120,120-B IPC, and Sections 7 and 13(1)-D of PC Act, PS Nuh,Distt.Mewat.

It is alleged that the petitioner in connivance with officials and officers of RTO Mewat and other co-accused was involved in preparing fake driving licenses on receipt of illegal money from the general public. It is not disputed that the petitioner was declared a PO way back in the year 2014.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
