The present Regular Second Appeal pertains to the year 1994. There has been no representation on behalf of the appellants for the last four consecutive dates and even today none has appeared on their behalf. As per the office report, both the appellants have expired, and the counsel representing them has also since expired.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the LRs of the appellants to seek its revival, in case, any cogent cause of action survives.
