(Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.138 dated 28.04.2017 registered under Sections 120-B, 177, 406, 417, 380 IPC at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana. The parties are ad idem that the matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition i.e. CRM-M No.49577 of 2017 praying for quashing of the FIR on the basis of the compromise has already been filed before this Court and a direction has been issued for recording of the statements of the parties for 16.03.2018. The said petition is now pending for 21.03.2018.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for revival of the present petition in case the parties do not acknowledge the compromise at any subsequent stage.
