At this stage, the counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 25 of Guardian and Wards Act, which was sought to be transferred vide this application, has since been withdrawn by the respondent.

In view of the statement so made by counsel for the respondent, the counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
