$the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.674 dated 21.08.2013 registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa under Sections 464/465/468/470/476/506/420/471 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
