**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate direction for fair and impartial investigation in case bearing FIR No.19 dated 15.1.2018 under Section 409, 420, 467, 468 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Badhra District Charkhi Dadri.

After lodging of the case, the State Vigilance Bureau, Haryana has taken the investigation after addition of the offence under Prevention of Corruption Act.
