**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that investigation is complete and the police report has already been filed and whereas the petitioner was aggrieved only for investigation.

Given above, nothing survives in this petition regarding investigation. The petitioner has also an additional prayer with regard to protect life and liberty.

Since nothing has happened from the year 2018, as such, this Court can infer that there is no serious threat to life and liberty. However, in case, any fresh threat perceptions. Liberty is reserved to take appropriate legal remedies including filing a fresh petition in this Court.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
