The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.391 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections110, 115, 190, 193(3), 324(4), 351(3) of BNSS and Section 3(2) (va) of SC & ST Act of 1989 registered at Police Station Kalanaur, District Rohtak.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh with better particulars.

In view of above, the prayers so made is allowed. 4.
