(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.03 dated 06.01.2021 under Sections 379-B, 411, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner herein has been falsely implicated in the said matter as no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner. The investigation is complete and no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. He is in custody since 08.01.2021 and the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, therefore, prays for concession of bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State opposes grant of bail to the petitioner by contending that no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2021 and the challan already stands presented and the trial is likely to take some time to PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.04.01 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
