(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.54 dated 25.05.2016 under Sections 358, 354, 376, 313, 323 and 201 IPC registered at Police Station Longowal, District Sangrur. Counsel for the State has submitted that evidence of the prosecution is likely to be concluded very shortly as report of the chemical analysis has also been received.

Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the statement made by counsel for the State, would state that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
