(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to register the case against respondent No. 4 & 5. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 28.02.2018 (Annexure P-3) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.
It is contended by the petitioner, who is appearing in person, that respondent No.4 had solemnized a marriage with her on 25.12.2017 and within a period of two months, solemnized a marriage with respondent No.5. Thereafter, a representation has been given to SSP, District Batala to take action against respondent Nos. 4 & 5. She submits that she would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 28.02.2018 (Annexure P-3 and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 28.02.2018 (Annexure P-3, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
