The petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant one notional increment on the completion of one full year of service and consequent pensionary benefits and to decide the legal notice dated 5.1.2020, Annexure P-4. Heard.
