SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.227 dated 24.08.2024 under Sections 190, 191(3), 103(1) of BNS and Section 25 of Arms Act (Sections 61 (2A), Section 238(2) of BNS and Section 54 of Arms Act added later on) registered at P.S NIT Faridabad, District Faridabad. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
