MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3, to protect their life and liberty and also to private respondent Nos.4 to 7, not to interfere in their personal live.

While issuing notice of motion, petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4 were directed to appear before the Mediation and RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2019.05.13 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-10405-2019 (O&M) Conciliation Centre of this Court for some amicable settlement and meanwhile, respondent No.2 was directed to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners as per law.

Today at the time of hearing, counsel for respondent No.4 states that the private respondents have no objection to the marriage performed by the petitioners.

In view of the stand taken by the private respondents, the instant petition is disposed off accordingly, at this stage. However, it is clarified that in case any apprehension arises in future, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court again.
