(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the impugned order dated 26.02.2021 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram whereby the application (Annexure P-17), filed by the petitioner seeking consolidation of cases has been dismissed.
At the very outset, the learned counsel for the State submits that the Trial in one of the cases has been completed. In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
The present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
