Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Arun Sorot in case FIR No.540 dated 18.9.2014 under Sections 406/419/420/467/120-B IPC, PS Sector 7, Faridabad. Allegations of complainant-Narinder Kumar are that petitioneraccused Arun Sorot being the proprietor of Sai Developers in March,2014 had received a down payment of Rs.60,000/- from him for allotment of a plot measuring 100 square yards in Noida by posing that CLU had been obtained. It was found that neither the land/plot was under the ownership of Sai Developers nor any CLU had been obtained from the Town and Country Planning Department. Similar allegations have been made by other complainants and thus the petitioner is alleged to have cheated them to the tune of Rs.1.80 crores.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner already stands declared a PO since last more than 11⁄2 years.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
