*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Parmjit Singh submits that the report of Chemical Examiner has been received and the recovery effected is commercial. Learned State counsel also submits that in pursuance of order dated 04.05.2018 passed by this Court, the petitioner has not surrendered so far.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order and in case, he surrenders before the trial Court and moves an application for bail, the trial Court is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

Disposed of accordingly.
