, -./ The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to show cause why the complete reimbursement of medical charges amounting to Rs. 72,325/- has not been sanctioned to the petitioner. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already passed away and despite his best efforts, he has not been able to contact the LRs or obtain any further instructions. Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is, however, granted to the LRs of the petitioner to seek revival of the present writ petition if the cause still subsists.
