Prayer made in the present petition is for directing respondent No.3 to correct the date of marriage and name of the village in the registered Marriage Certificate and for issuance of fresh Marriage Registration Certificate thereafter.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has instructions from the petitioner not to press the present petition any further.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid prayer. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
