Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to frame a policy of regularsiation or to enact a statute protecting the services of the petitioners till the age of superannuation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation/legal notice dated 07.03.2024, Annexure P-39, in a specific period.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending representation, dated AVIN KUMAR 2024.04.19 12:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

2024:PHHC:051541 CWP No.5454 of 2024 [2] 07.03.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months. 4.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
