**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek bail pending trial in FIR No. 148 dated 28.6.2014 under Sections 323/452/307/326/302/294/148/149/506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, while referring to the statements of witnesses at Annexures P-2 to P-5, submits that in view of the evidence brought on record by the prosecution so far, petitioners are entitled for the bail pending trial. He prays for allowing the present petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, after careful perusal of the record of the case and giving thoughtful consideration to the contentions raised, this Court is of the AMIT KUMAR 2015.06.03 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-17454 of 2015 considered opinion that in view of the order dated 27.4.2015 passed by this Court CRM-M-6857 of 2015 (Jasvinder Kumar and another Vs. State of Haryana), petitioners have not been found entitled for concession of bail pending trial. It is so said, because after accepting the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directed the learned trial court to dispose of the trial within a period of 9 months from 27.4.2015. In this view of the matter, no case of bail pending trial is made out.

Dismissed.
