This is the third petition on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against her vide FIR No.99 dated 22.10.2018 registered at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala, under Sections 420/407/468/120-B IPC.

Although the earlier petitions are stated to have been dismissed on merits, but the instant petition is being entertained despite the dismissal of earlier petitions as there has been a substantial change of circumstances inasmuch as the parties are stated to have amicably resolved their issues and have compromised the matter. 3.

The allegations, in nutshell, as per FIR are to the effect that the accused had defrauded the complainant of an amount of Rs.34 Lakhs. VANDANA YADAV 2021.10.06 11:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per Panchayati compromise dated 30.12.2019 (Annexure P-3), the entire amount of Rs.34 Lakh alongwith another amount of Rs.50,000/- has been paid to the complainant.

Mr. Sudesh Sahi, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the complainant has endorsed the factum of compromise and has stated that the amount in question has been received by the complainant and that the complainant has no objection for grant of anticipatory bail. 6.

Learned State counsel has informed that in the instant case investigation is already complete and challan stands presented. 7.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein challan already stands presented and the matter is also stated to have been amicably resolved and the entire amount has been paid back to the complainant and while also bearing in mind that the petitioner is a lady, the instant petition is accepted.

Since it has been informed that challan has already been presented, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court within 10 days from today. Upon her appearance, the trial Court shall release the petitioner on bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to its satisfaction.
