As per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back with the report that wife of the petitioner has refused to accept the notice, however, affixation was validly made and hence the petitioner is deemed to having been served. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner today.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
