Present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 61 dated 9.3.2017, registered under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") at Police Station Kalanwali. Learned counsel for the respondent-State contended that petitioner is involved in other cases under the Act.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
