HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner at the behest of respondent No.6 with further prayer to grant seven days' prior notice in case, the petitioner or any member of his family is required in any case.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though there is no FIR registered against the petitioner but still he is being repeatedly called by respondent No.5 at the instance of respondent No.6 because of business rivalry on the allegation that the petitioner has taken a sum of Rs.20 lacs from respondent No.6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has earlier been inquired into and even has been found to be false.
