P.C. and all other enabling provision in this regard seeking quashing of FIR No. 0004 dated 15.03.2020 registered under Sections 379-B, 382, 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 15, 16, 17, 18 and 18B of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act at Police Station State Special Operations Cell Amritsar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom including the Challan/Final Report dated 07.09.2020 as well as the order dated 11.09.2020 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amritsar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State, however, informs that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the appellant(s) herein already stands convicted vide judgment dated 26.02.2026 passed by the Court of Sh. Baljinder Singh, Addl. Sessions Judge, Amritsar and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 05 years.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
