By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.03 dated 02.02.2019 under Sections 452, 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1), along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 23.11.2022 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of fresh confusion having arisen between the parties, statements could not be recorded and thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition. In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
