RITU BAHRI , J (ORAL) Petition is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.161 dated 22.9.2015 under Sections 363,366-A,376 IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexually Offences Act, 2012 registered at P.S City South, Moga.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
