******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the Investigating Officer had appeared on the last date and partly examined but his cross-examination was deferred on the request of learned defence counsel and the next date is fixed as 06.11.2017 for prosecution evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and requests for direction to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the case.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case at the earliest preferably within a period of four months after the receipt the copy of this order.
