PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.147 dated 14.08.2014 registered under Sections 307/34/120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Salhawas, District Jhajjar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner and he is behind bars since 31.08.2014. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Jhajjar.
