Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala so as to ensure that matter pertaining to FIR No.104 dated 8.9.2019, under Sections 302, 506, 34 IPC and Section 3(1) of of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law so that a final report is submitted at the earliest.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously. 3.

Needless to mention that the statements of all those who are aware of facts the case shall be recorded.
