(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 495 dated 02.11.2015, registered at Police Station Sadar, Panipat District Panipat, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 306/452 IPC.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ravinder Kumar stated that after framing of charges, out of 20 witnesses, 09 have been examined which included the material witnesses i.e father, brother and complainant himself.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2015 Keeping in view the fact that the material witnesses have been examined and the trial will take long time, this Court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer.
